About me and my practice

I offer online counselling from 12 year old to adults.
I am a cognitive behaviour therapist but have since adapted my skills to incorporate psychodynamic, person centre, family therapies and attachment.

My roles as a counsellor is to help support clients by providing a sage and nurturing environment where they feel heard, accepted and able to explore thoughts and feelings.

Experience

I have worked in a sexual abuse charity and have experience and extra training in health anxiety, fertility, and pregnancy. As well as working currently in schools. I work with post pregnancy trauma counselling new mums and traumatic births, but I am still born and pregnancy Baby load for both mums and partners.

I have worked extensively in my private practice with clients from a medical background from GP, consultants, psychologist and nurses.
